1983

Establishment of the first family company specializing in post-fire cleaning in Bruges.

1987

Acquisition of a prefabricated concrete house construction firm from the 1930s facing a crisis, saving over 50 jobs and shifting our business focus to in-house construction capabilities.

1994

The family group ventures into real estate development, constructing turnkey homes.

2007

The next generation of entrepreneurs join the company.

2016

Ascot is introduced for project development, focusing on inner-city projects.

2019

Ascot becomes independent, initiates first international project in Bucharest.

2022

Family succession finalizes; the family business (RECON Group) achieves over 120 million EUR in revenue.

2023

Ascot transitions into a fund structure, exploring international opportunities.
